Join the challenging and ever changing world of Employee Benefits! We are currently seeking a full time Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
assisting with the marketing process for prospects, new and renewal business
preparing sales proposals
preparing communication and enrollment materials
providing daily customer service to assigned clients
maintaining status of work
may attend employee benefit fairs or conduct open enrollment presentations.
Candidates must possess a college degree or a minimum of two years of employee benefits experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Additional required skills are: proficiency in math, the ability to comprehend technical insurance policy and contract language, excellent analytical skills to evaluate and compare benefit contracts, excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. This candidate also must exhibit excellent team building skills, cooperation, and collaboration with assigned Account Executive, Client Service Executive, Department Manager, and fellow team members.
