We are currently seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive / Office Leader in our Madison, Wisconsin location. The successful candidate will identify new business prospects, and develop and implement sales plans to secure targeted new business volume. This may include cold calling, prospecting, needs assessments, presentations, and closing new deals.
This full time position will actively research and display knowledge of prospects target. The position will also monitor existing accounts to ensure appropriate products and service is provided and consistent with their changing needs, and coordinate support services to provide the highest possible quality account service.
This position will maintain effective personal relationships with key personnel in client organization to anticipate needs and provide professional advice and solutions. They will act as the office leader to support a well-functioning and productive office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years Employee Benefits sales experience. They must be action oriented and possess a drive for results. Additionally, effective communication and presentation skills are required. A valid drivers' license is required.
