The administrative assistant will join our close-knit administration team, working with the receptionist, administrative specialist, and human resources. Additionally, this role provides administrative support to our Director of Marketing and Business Development, in maintaining the organization and ordering of materials for our sales department. A strong writing background is beneficial, as this role will provide content creation support to the Director of Marketing in writing blog posts and other idea generation for social media.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working with all staff, across a variety of departments in supporting the functions of the office. Using a creative mindset, you will work on a diverse range of projects that aid our sales and business development team. Specific roles of this position are:
Creates, revises and maintains Excel, PowerPoint and Word presentations
Assists with blog writing
Maintains updates to corporate intranet
Creates videos, takes photos and reports on social media topics
Tracks Boards and community service projects that employees are involved with
