Account Executives
Account Executives are responsible for the sales of new and renewal business. We are always looking for high energy, assertive individuals who are active in the community and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates need a minimum of five years in an insurance company/agency Employee Benefit or Financial Services organization. Sales & Marketing background preferred.
Account Managers
Account Managers may work in Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty or Bonds. LMC Account Managers play a very important role servicing our clients. They use the latest technology to assist clients and provide technical support to the Account Executives. We normally look for candidates with a couple years of employee benefits, P&C, agribusiness or bonds experience.
Account Coordinators
Account Coordinators support the Account Managers, as well as, the entire department. This is a great entry level position for someone who is looking for a career in insurance.
Risk Management Services
The LMC Risk Management Team is dedicated to assisting our clients in managing their risk exposures. Careers in this area include Claim Specialist, Claim Consultant, Loss Control Consultant and Claim Data Analyst.
Administration
The Administration Department supports the entire agency. Careers in this area consist of Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Word Processing, Mail and Supply and Receptionist.
